Migration stuff

1. Follow the regular procedure: Migrating an existing installation without importing config.php (instead just change / copy logical values in, e.g. the DB passwords);
2. Counter weird error (UTF chartset related visible in nextcloud.log (native)): docker-compose exec -u 33:33 app /var/www/html/occ db:convert-mysql-charset
